What is Personalization?
Personalization has the item imprinted with your club name, kennel name, business name, dog's name, or favorite quote. You can choose from any item, with your choice of custom designs, dog breed, logo and background. |

What is Custom Photo?
Custom items are imprinted with your favorite photograph. The cost is the same as the retail price of any item listed. Please note: There will be an additional charge if your photo and requests (such as purple to green background) require additional computer work before being printed. |

How do I order a customized item?
Choose a digital photo that has ample background around the dog. This allows me to crop the image to fit the item you are ordering. The photo must be at least 1MG or larger in size. Large, bright, colorful, clear photos will produce a beautiful image.
Email your order and photo. Then you will receive a request for payment from PayPal which includes item cost plus shipping and handling. Allow 30 days for delivery. If you are planning to give this as a gift and need it in a shorter time period, please call and we will do whatever possible to meet your request.
The quality of your image on the item depends on the quality of the photo you send. |

Want a different colored background on your item?
You may choose from any of the existing backgrounds and colors available.To remove the existing background and people from your photo requires more time on the computer. There will be an additional charge of $15 per photo. |

Can't decide on which gift item, dog or background?
I offer nice gift certificates in any amount that you can give to your friends. Let them choose their perfect gift.

What is the price for custom designed Awards?
If you order multiple items imprinted with the same basic custom design (any combination of existing art, your photos, club name, logo, dates, show, color choice and/or title of awards), the Award item will be the same as the basic item price. |
